- 300 g/10 oz pasta
- 225 g bag prepared fresh baby spinach leaves
- 250 g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g/4 oz kalamata olives
- 225 g/8 oz feta, broken into rough chunks
- fresh black pepper
- 3 TBSP olive oil
2) Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
3) Add the spinach and cook for another 2.
4) Drain into a colander and let drip dry/shake water out.
5) Add everything else into a large bowl.
6) Add the pasta and spinach and mix.
