Kiwi Vodka Soda

Using the kiwi's from Boston Organics, we made a drink. Why not?

The kiwi comes in at the end of each sip, with the lime being prevalent throughout. Makes 3 glasses

Ingredients:

• 2 kiwis
• 4 measures vodka
• soda water
• 3 slices of lime

Directions:
1) Peel and chop the kiwis.
2) Muddle the majority of the kiwis with 1 measure of vodka in a drink mixer. Leave a few slices to place in the glass.
3) Add the rest of your vodka and a bit of the soda water to fill it.
4) Mix.
5) Strain into 3 glasses.
6) Top with soda water and a slice of lime.
