Soy Tofu

Great for a side dish, addition to a main dish or snack where you want a lot of protein! 
  • 1/2 block Tofu, chopped into pieces
  • enough soy sauce to cover
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 TBSP vegetable oil
1) Mix the ingredients together except for the vegetable oil.
2) Add the vegetable oil to a pan and heat.
3) Take the tofu as much out of the soy sauce as you can and place in the pan and heat for about 3 minutes on each side, until browned.

4) Add the soy sauce to the pan and move the pan around a lot so the tofu and the soy sauce-garlic mix mix a lot.
5) Remove once the soy sauce is heated.
